Your nomination form must be accompanied by FULL payment, completed Equestrian Queensland Horse Health Declaration, completed Confidential Riding Application and Medical History Form, and completed Risk Warning and Waiver of Liability Form emailed to cotscamp@gmail.com or posted to Rod Cotter, PO Box 15, Widgee, QLD, 4570 to arrive before the 18th July, 2025 or until nominations are filled, whichever is earlier.
